  • While using our AI Agent application, “AI Synthetic Patient”
  • In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Website.

It does not apply to information collected by:

  • Us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by Company or any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries); or
  • Any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries), including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from or through the Website.

We also collect information about you from our AI application, AI Synthetic Patient.  When you interact with AI Synthetic Patient, a transcript of your conversation with AI Synthetic Patient will be created and saved for training purposes. This transcript will be anonymized in that it won’t be associated with your name, IP address or other unique identifier.  However, if you use your name or address or provide other potentially identifying information during your conversation, that could allow someone to associate the transcript with you.  We don’t have a way to either recognize or de-identify this information from the transcript.  If you don’t want this information to be in the transcript, you should not say it to AI Synthetic Patient.

The information we collect on or through our Website may include:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Website, subscribing to our service, posting material, or requesting further services. We will retain your information for so long as it serves a legitimate purpose.  The reason we retain the transcript of your interaction with AI Synthetic Patient is to train our system to better understand your responses and improve our AI agent’s reactions to them to improve our service.  Personal information you might provide to our website may be kept for so long as your account exists.

State consumer privacy laws may provide their residents with additional rights regarding our use of their personal information.

Citizens of countries outside of the United States: This Website and the Application, AI Synthetic Patient, is not intended to be promoted, used or marketed in regions outside of the United States.  Any information supplied to either the Website or the Application will be transferred to servers and systems located in the United States which the nations of the European Union do not believe have the same protections offered under the laws of those nations.  If You do not want your information to be transferred to the United States, you should not use either our website or our application.
